摘 要:基于全国多家知识联盟企业数据,探讨了知识联盟激励协同序参量关系的问题,提出了激励协同序参量的4个维度,并使用结构方程模型对其关系进行了检验。研究表明,活性激励对显性激励、隐性激励、涌现激励都有显著直接正向影响;显性激励对隐性激励有显著的影响;隐性激励对涌现激励有显著的直接正向影响;显性激励对涌现激励没有显著的直接影响,但通过隐性激励对涌现激励有显著的间接影响。由此,进一步拓展了知识联盟激励协同的相关理论,对维持知识联盟的有序发展有重要的指导意义。This article discusses the relation of knowledge alliance incentive synergy order parame- ter and puts forward the four dimensionalities of incentive synergy order parameter. The data comes from the national many knowledge alliance enterprises. The results of the study show that. i) active incentive has a positive impact on explicit incentive, implicit incentive and emerging incentive ~ii) ex- plicit incentive has a significant impact on implicit incentive; iii) implicit incentive has a positive im- pact on emerging incentive; iv) explicit incentive does not have a positive impact on emerging incen- tive, but through the influence of implicit incentive it still has significant indirect impact on emerging incentive. The result of the study further expands the related theory o{ knowledge alliance incentive synchronization and has important significance to maintaining the orderly development of the Knowl- edge Alliance.
