AIDS患者淋巴细胞亚群绝对数和蛋白浓度以及白/球比值相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨艾滋病患者淋巴细胞亚群计数与白蛋白、球蛋白、总蛋白浓度及白蛋白/球蛋白比值的相关性及其临床意义。方法对49名艾滋病患者进行淋巴细胞亚群绝对计数与白蛋白、球蛋白浓度及白蛋白/球蛋白浓度比值检测。进行相关性分析。结果 CD4+CD3+CD8+细胞计数与白蛋白浓度、总蛋白浓度呈正相关性(P<0.05),CD4+CD3+CD8+细胞计数与球蛋白浓度、白/球蛋白比值不具有相关性;CD4+CD3+CD8+细胞计数与总蛋白浓度具有正相关性(P<0.05),与白蛋白浓度、球蛋白浓度、白/球蛋白比值不具有相关性;CD4+CD3+CD8+细胞计数与总蛋白浓度呈正相关性,与白蛋白浓度、球蛋白浓度、白/球蛋白比值不具有相关性;CD4/CD8计数比值与白蛋白浓度、总蛋白浓度、白/球浓度比值呈正相关性,与球蛋白浓度不具有相关性。结论 CD4+细胞、CD8+细胞、CD3+细胞计数、CD4+/CD8+细胞计数比值与总蛋白浓度均具有正相关关系,但其中具体机制,还有待进一步阐明。Objective To investigate correlation between detection result of lymphocyte subset absolute count and concentration of albumin,globulin and total protein and rate of albumin/globulin in AIDS patients.Methods Perform detection of lymphocyte absolute count and concentration of albumin,globulin,total protein and rate of albumin/globulin in 49 AIDS patients.Perform correlation analysis.Results There is positive relationship between CD4＋ cell count and concentration of albumin and globulin（P0.05）,and There Is not correlationship between CD4＋ cell count and concentration of globulin and rate of albumin/globulin;There is positive relationship between CD8＋ cell count and concentration of total protein（P0.05）,and it is not correlationship between CD8＋ cell count and concentration of albumin,globulin and rate of albumin/globulin;There Is positive relationship between CD3＋ cell count and concentration of total protein（P0.05）,and There is not correlationship between CD3＋ cell count and concentration of albumin,globulin and rate of albumin/globulin;There Is positive relationship between CD4＋/CD8＋ rate and concentration of albumin,total protein and rate of albumin/globulin（P0.05）,and There Is not correlationship between CD4＋/CD8＋ rate and concentration of globulin.Conclusions There is correlationship between CD4＋ cell count,CD8＋ cell count,and CD3＋ cell count and CD4＋/CD8＋ rate and concentration of total protein,however,as for the specific mechanism,it needs further investigation.
