摘　　要：改革开放30年,中央企业取得了举世瞩目的成就,但这并不意味着改革已经完成,改革须进一步深化。只有深化改革才能为中央企业建构可持续的科学发展的动力机制;而中央企业深化改革只有坚持以马克思主义人本主义为指导,才能不偏离正确方向。中央企业实现科学发展的根本路径是转变发展方式。Though the central enterprises have achieved great accomplishment during the past thirty-year reform and opening-up,it doesn't mean that they have finished the reform.Further reform is still necessary.Only by deepening the reform,can the central enterprises build up a sustainable and scientifically developing motive mechanism.To keep moving in the right direction,the central enterprises should follow the guidance of the Marxist humanitarianism.Basically,to achieve scientific development,they need to change the development model.
