摘 要:针对配电网作业过程中还存在'带地线合闸送电'恶性事故发生的情况,首次提出了两种基于信号注入法的安全方便的检测方法:直接注入电压测量法和感应电压测量法。利用PSCAD/EMTDC搭建模型对可能影响检测效果的相关问题进行了大量的仿真分析,包括信号频率、空载变压器、磁场感应电压等方面的影响。根据仿真分析结果研制了一台临时接地线状态检测装置,并通过现场试验验证了所提方法的可行性,所研制的检测装置具有检测安全、操作简单及易推广等优点。When grounding lines are not removed after finishing the maintenance due to negligence, a serious short-circuit fault will happen. To solve this anthropogenic accident, this paper firstly proposes two safe and convenient detection methods based on directly signal injecting and induced voltage. Then, with the model built in the software PSCAD/EMTDC, some factors affecting the detection are researched, including signal frequency, no-load transformer, induced voltage, etc. At last, some tests are done with a detection device which is based on the proposed method, and the test results verify the feasibility. The advantages of the developed detection device are safe testing, simple operation and easy promotion, etc.
