摘  要:为清楚得到设备互联电缆在超宽带辐照条件下的耦合响应规律,以典型射频同轴电缆为受试对象,将电缆终端连接的设备等效为集总负载,通过对其进行超宽带辐照效应试验,分析了受试电缆长度、终端负载状态等对同轴电缆终端负载响应规律的影响。结果表明:同轴电缆对电磁辐照响应具有选频特性,终端负载响应电压的峰值出现在电缆相对长度为1/2的整数倍的频点;同轴电缆受到超宽带辐照后,感应皮电流通过转移阻抗转化为芯线与屏蔽层之间的差模感应电压,而这一感应电压源的内阻就是同轴电缆的特性阻抗;同轴电缆终端等效负载阻值的变化不会对电磁脉冲辐照响应波形产生影响,但影响其响应电压峰-峰值的大小,终端负载与等效感应电压源内阻上的电压响应满足分压原理;屏蔽室内部采用不同长度的连接电缆时,受试电缆超宽带辐照终端负载响应电压相近、峰值响应频点基本相同,说明了屏蔽室内连接电缆的长度对受试电缆超宽带辐照终端负载的响应无明显影响。In order to study the coupling response law of ultra-wide band(UWB)irradiation to coaxial cable,we experimentally researched the UWB irradiation effect on typical radio frequency(RF)coaxial cables,in which the device or subsystem connected by the coaxial cable was equivalent to a lumped load.Based on the test results,the terminal load response of coaxial cable was analyzed.The conclusions are drawn that,firstly,the coaxial cable response possesses a characteristic of frequency selecting to electromagnetic irradiations,while the peak of terminal load response voltage appears at discrete frequency points where the relative lengths of cable are integral multiple of 1/2;secondly,when the coaxial cable is irradiated by UWB,the induced sheath current leads to a differential-mode induced voltage between the inner conductor and the shielded layer through the transfer impedance,and the internal resistance of this induced voltage source becomes the characteristic impedance of the coaxial cable;thirdly,the change in terminal load value does not affect the response waveform but affects the peak value of induced voltage,while the voltages on the terminal load and the internal resistance of the equivalent induced voltage source obey the theory of partial voltage.Moreover,when adopting different length connecting cables in shielded room,the terminal load response voltage and peak value frequency points are similar,indicating that the length does not obviously affect the response.
