摘 要:通过毛细管流变仪研究了NEP型超有光聚酯的流变性能,并与普通超有光聚酯流变性能进行了比较。结果表明,NEP型聚酯与普通超有光聚酯熔体表现均为假塑性流体。NEP型聚酯的黏流活化能比普通超有光聚酯低,温度对NEP型聚酯熔体黏度影响较低,而对普通超有光聚酯的熔体黏度影响更为显著。在低剪切速率下,NEP型比普通超有光聚酯更接近牛顿流体。高剪切速率下,NEP型聚酯比普通超有光聚酯的非牛顿指数高,随温度升高,普通超有光聚酯的非牛顿指数增加幅度更大。Rheological behavior of NEP type ultra bright polyester and common ultra bright PET was investigated by means of a capillary rheometer. It showed that both NEP type polyester and common ultra bright PET melt were pseudoplastic. The viscous activation energy of NEP type polyester was lower than that of common ultra bright PET. The effect of temperature on the melt viscosity of ultra bright PET was more sensitive than that of NEP type polyester. NEP type polyesters was more similar to Newton fluids than common ultra bright PET at low shear rates. The non-Newtonian index at high shear rates of NEP type polyester was greater than common ultra bright PET. The non-Newtonian index at high shear rates of ultra bright PET enhanced more than that of NEP type polyester with the increase of temperature.
