摘　　要：指出企业职能单元的反竞争情报体系建设、能力提升及作业运行,需要专家的监督与专业指导。分析当前反竞争情报组织设置及其所面临的挑战以及矩阵式专家督导的反竞争情报组织模式的特点与优势,提出基于矩阵式专家督导的反竞争情报组织结构模型,并设计矩阵式专家督导的反竞争情报组织运行模式,最后揭示矩阵式专家督导在企业反竞争情报中的运行流程。The experts＇ supervision and professional guidance are indispensable in Counter-Competitive Intelligence （CCI） system construction, operation, and ability improvement of enterprise functional units. The paper analyzes CCI organization configuration models and its current challenges, as well as the characteristics and advantages of CCI organization model based on matrix experts＇ supervision. Then it proposes CCI organization structure model and designs organization operation model based on matrix experts＇ supervision. At last, it analyzes operation procedures of matrix experts＇ supervision in enterprises＇ CCI.
