加味逍遥丸联合缬沙坦治疗围绝经期高血压病临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察加味逍遥丸联合缬沙坦治疗围绝经期高血压病患者的临床疗效,并初步探讨其作用机制。方法:将79例患者随机分为2组,对照组40例单用缬沙坦治疗,治疗组39例用加味逍遥丸联合缬沙坦治疗。结果:临床降压总有效率治疗组为82.1%,对照组为70.0%,2组比较,差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。治疗组治疗后有效地降低收缩压(P<0.05);对照组治疗后收缩压虽有降低,但差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。治疗后治疗组能有效地降低血浆同型半胱氨酸(HCY)水平(P<0.01),并能升高血浆高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平(P<0.05);治疗后对照组HCY、HDL-C有改善趋势,但差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。治疗后2组均不能改善颈动脉内膜中层厚度(CIMT)阳性数目。结论:加味逍遥丸联合缬沙坦治疗能显著降低血压和改善部分动脉硬化相关的心脑血管疾病风险预测指标。Objective.： To observe the therapeutic effect of modified Xiaoyao powder combined with Valsartan for treatment of climacteric hypertension. Methods： Seventy-nine climacteric hypertension were randomized into two groups. The control group（n=40） was given oral use of Valsartan, and the treatment group（n=39） was given oral use of modified Xiaoyao powder combined with Valsartan. Results： The total effective rate for decreasing blood pressure was 82.1% in the treatment group and 70.0% in the control group, the difference being insignificant（P〉 0.05）. Systolic pressure was obvioulsy decreased in the treatment group after treatment（P 〈 0.05 compared with that before treatment）. In the control group, the difference of systolic pressure was insignificant before and after treatment（P 〉 0.05）. Plasma homocysteine（HCY）level was decreased（P 〈 0.01） and high density lipoprotein chdesterd（HDL-C）level was increased in the treatment group（P 〈 0.05 compared with those before treatment）. However, the control group only showed an improving trend of HCY and HDL-C（P 〉 0.05）. The number of units with thickened carotid intima-media thickness（CIMT） was not improved in both groups. Conclusion： Modified Xiaoyao powder combined with Valsartan shows an effect on improving risky factors of cerebrovascular disease for treatment of climacteric hypertension.
