摘  要:为了探讨耐高温能力不同的爪哇稻品种在高温胁迫条件下生理指标响应的差异,设置自然温度和高温胁迫2个处理,研究不同温度对爪哇稻剑叶抗氧化酶类活性和膜通透性的影响。结果表明,爪哇稻剑叶中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化物酶(POD)活性在耐热性不同的2个品种中具有不同的变化趋势,在耐热品种IRAT109中,SOD和POD活性在高温胁迫过程中一直升高,但在热敏感品种19 D中则表现为先升高后降低。过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性在高温处理过程中都表现为下降的趋势,热敏感品种19 D的下降幅度要大于耐热品种IRAT109。谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GPX)活性在高温胁迫下呈现出上升的变化趋势,且热敏感品种19 D的上升幅度大于耐热品种IRAT109。丙二醛(MDA)和叶片相对电导率在高温处理过程中一直处于增加状态,耐热品种IRAT109的增加幅度小于热敏感品种19 D。推测耐热品种IRAT109的耐高温原因可能是由于产生较少的活性氧,且具有较高的抗氧化酶活性来高效地清除活性氧。To investigate the physiological responses of thermo-tolerant and thermo-sensitive javanica rice under high temperature stress, the antioxidase activities and membrane permeability of two javanica varieties with different thermo-tolerance were studied under high temperature in phytotron and in natural condition. The results indicated that the activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD) and peroxidase(POD)increased during high temperature stress in thermo-tolerant variety IRATI09, but the activities of SOD and POD increased at the beginning and then decreased in thermo-sensitive variety 19 D. The activities of eatalase(CAT) declined whereas glutathione-peroxidase (GPX) activities increased in both varieties during high temperature treatment, which occurred to a greater extent for thermo-sensitive 19 D. The increase in malondialdehyde(MDA) content and electrolyte leakage(EL) under high temperature stress were greater for 19 D than for IRAT109. It was deduced that the reasons for IRAT109 tolerant to high temperature stress were generating less active oxygen species(AOS)and effective scavenging ability for AOS with high antioxidase activities.
