摘 要:利用无机磷液体培养基进行生物集富.采用系列稀释和平板涂布法成功地从正常生长的胡椒根际土壤分离筛选获得溶磷能力较强的真菌.命名菌株H3,其D/d值为1.67,有效溶磷量为400.28mg/L。通过形态学和分子生物学技术测定.该菌株鉴定为棘孢青霉菌(Penicillium aculeatum.Raper&Fennell),该菌株的生物学特性研究表明.适宜溶磷能力的碳源是葡萄糖、果糖、蔗糖和麦芽糖,对氮源的要求不严格,供试13种氮源均为适宜氮源,适宜生长的培养基初始pH值为8,适宜生长的温度为26~37℃,3种光照方式对生长无显著影响,菌丝段经65℃10min处理仅有个别菌丝段存活。The biological concentration through inorganic phosphorus fluid nutrient medium was studied in this article. A fungus with high phosphate solubilizing ability by serial dilution and plate spreading was isolated from pepper rhizosphere soil. The D/d value of the strain named as H3 was 1.67. Effective phosphorous was 400.28 mg/L. Through morphological and molecular technology mensuration, the strain was identified as Penicillium aculeatum. Raper & Fennell. The biological characteristics research indicated that the suitable carbon sources for phosphate solubilization were glucose, fructose, sucrose, maltose while not so strict with nitrogen source. The 13 kinds of nitrogen source on approval were all suitable, and the initial pH of optimal culture medium for growth was 8, temperature 26-37 ℃. None of the three illumination methods showed obvious effect on its growth, and only specific hvphal fragment was able to survive under the treatment of 65 ℃ for ten minutes.
