中医阶梯疗法治疗少、弱精子症临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察中医阶梯性疗法治疗少、弱精子症的疗效。方法:对120例少、弱精子症患者随机分成阶梯性治疗组60例口服阶梯1、2、3号方和对照组60例辨证分型论治,治疗3个月观察精子质量、精子畸形率、生精细胞凋亡率的变化。结果:治疗后两组精子质量、精子畸形率、生精细胞凋亡率均有改善(P<0.05),阶梯性治疗组较对照组改善更加明显(P<0.05)。结论:在少、弱精子症治疗中,中医阶梯性治疗方法优于传统的分型论治方法。Objective：To observe the clinical effects of Chinese medicine on treating oligospermia and asthenospewrmia by step therapy.Methods：120 patients of oligospermia and asthenospewrmia were randomly divided into treatment group（60 cases）with 1,2,3 formula orally and the control group（60 cases）using differentiation treatment,both were treated for 3 months,changes in sperm quality,sperm malformation rate and the apoptosis rate of spermatogenic cell were observed.Results：In 2 groups after the treatment,quality of sperm,sperm malformation rate and the apoptosis rate of spermatogenic cell were improved（P0.05）.The ladder of treatment group improved more significantly than that of the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：In oligospermia and asthenospermia therapy,TCM step method has better effect than conventional treatment with syndrome differentiation method.
