摘　　要：《保婴撮要》之卷十六是一卷小儿伤科专篇,该卷阐述了薛氏诊治小儿伤科独具匠心的学术思想和十分丰富的治伤经验。文章拟从《保婴撮要》的学术思想和治伤经验浅议其对中医小儿伤科的贡献。The sixteenth volume of Distillate on Baby＇s Treatment is a special part on orthopedics department of children.This part explains XUE＇s unique academic thoughts and rich treatment experience.This article discussed the contribution of Distillate on Baby＇s Treatment on TCM orthopedics department of children from its academic thoughts and treatment experience.
