复方雷公藤颗粒治疗慢性再生障碍性贫血临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察复方雷公藤颗粒联合安雄、环孢菌素A治疗慢性再生障碍性贫血的临床疗效。方法:采用复方雷公藤颗粒联合安雄、环孢菌素A治疗慢性再障22例,同时与18例单用安雄、环孢菌素A治疗慢性再生障碍性贫血比较。结果:治疗组总有效率为81.8%,对照组为50.0%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。治疗组的白细胞、血红蛋白、血小板计数明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:复方雷公藤颗粒联合安雄、环孢菌素A治疗慢性再障能起到协同增效作用,加速症状的改善,提高疗效。Objective：To observe the clinical effect of compound tripterygium particles combined with testosterone undecanoate and cyclosporin A in treatment of chronic aplastic anemia.Methods：In experiment group,there were 22 patients with aplastic anemia treated by compound tripterygium particles combined with testosterone undecanoate and cyclosporin A.In control group,there were 18 patients treated by estosterone undecanoate and cyclosporin A.Then the clinical effect was compared between the two groups.Results：The total efficiency of experiment group was 81.8%,compared with 50.0% of the control group.The difference was significant（P0.05）.White blood cell,hemoglobin and platelet count of experiment group were significantly higher than those of control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：Compound tripterygium particles combined with testosterone undecanoate and cyclosporin A can play synergistic effect,accelerate the improvement of symptoms,and improve the curative effect in treatment of chronic aplastic anemia.
