摘　　要：《小儿药证直诀》一书为我国现存第一部儿科专著,作者对书名中"直"怀有疑问,思考后提出三个假设。通过查阅文献得出结论,书名"真"因避讳制度改为"直"的可能性大。Xiaoer Yaozheng Zhijue is the first extant pediatric monograph in China.The authors doubt the word＂Zhi＂in the book title,and propose three hypotheses.Through the literature,we draw a conclusion that the word＂Zhi＂in the book title has high possibility with＂Zhen＂by System of Taboo in ancient China.
