摘　　要：随着社区健康服务中心(社康中心)的快速兴起,使全科医生人才建设相对滞后,这就为医疗安全埋下隐患。意识到这一点并高度重视,采取多管齐下的综合措施,防范医疗风险,使医院所属20家社康中心未出现重大医疗安全事故及医疗纠纷。With the rapid rise of community health service centers（CHS）,General medical personnel development is lagging,which lay hidden dangers for the health care safety,we realize that it attaches great importance to,so we take a multi-pronged measure to prevent medical risks,twenty community health center dose not appear significant medical safety accidents and medical malpractice.
