银翘桑菊石膏汤联合利巴韦林治疗普通型手足口病76例

摘　　要：目的:观察银翘桑菊石膏汤联合利巴韦林中西医结合治疗手足口病普通病例的疗效和安全性。方法:门诊确诊的152例手足口病患儿,用数字表法随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组76例,在常规退热等对症治疗基础上,分别给予治疗组银翘桑菊石膏汤联合利巴韦林治疗,对照组单纯予以利巴韦林治疗,观察两组的疗效和不良反应。结果:治疗组退热时间、食欲改善时间、咽峡部疱疹消退时间及皮疹消退时间、显效率及总有效率均优于对照组(P<0.05),两组均未见明显不良反应。结论:银翘桑菊石膏汤联合利巴韦林中西医结合治疗手足口病普通病例临床疗效显著。Objective ： To observe the clinical curative effect and the safety of Decoction of Yin - qiao Sang -ju Shi - gao combined with ribovirin on popular type hand - foot - mouth disease. Methods ： 152 cases with hand - foot - and - mouth disease were divided into two groups randomly with figure tabulate, and there were 76 cases in each group. On the basis of routine treatment of pyretolysis, treatment group was given to Decoction of Yin - qiao Sang - ju Shi -gao and ribovirin, and control group was given to ribovirin. The curative effect and the adverse effect were observed in the two groups. Results：In treatment group such data were better than in control group as defervescence time, appetite improved time, herpangina and deflorescence time, excellent rate and the total effective rate （P 〈 0. 05 ）. And there was not adverse effect in the two groups. Conclusion：Decoction of Yin -qiao Sang -ju Shi -gao combined with ribovirin has good and reliable effect on popular type hand -foot -mouth disease.
