正交试验优化芪术抗纤颗粒提取工艺

摘  要:目的:优化芪术抗纤颗粒提取工艺条件,为研究芪术抗纤颗粒的制备工艺、质量控制及临床应用提供理论依据。方法:以出膏率和代表性成分黄芩苷的转移率为指标,采用正交试验方法对芪术抗纤颗粒的提取工艺条件进行优化。结果:芪术抗纤颗粒的最佳提取工艺为:加水煎煮两次,每次1.5 h,溶剂用量分别为12倍、10倍药材量。结论:优选工艺条件下,芪术抗纤颗粒的出膏率和有效成分转移率高,重现性好,确定的工艺条件合理可行,可为芪术抗纤颗粒的质量控制提供基础。Objective:To optimize the extraction technology conditions of Granule of Qi -zhu Kang -xian for the study of preparation process and quality control of Granule of Qi - zhu Kang - xian to provide the theoretical basis for its clinical application. Methods:The extraction conditions of Granule of Qi -zhu Kang -xian were opti- mized by orthogonal experiment with the extraction rate and the transfer rate of baicalin as the representative component to be indicators. Results:The optimum extraction technology conditions were the following, decocting twice for 1.5h each time, and 12 times water the first time and 10 times the second. Conclusion:In the optimized conditions, the extraction rate and the transfer rate of active ingredient were high and showed good reproducibility. The extraction technology conditions were reasonably practicable, and can provide the basis for the quality control of Granule of Qi - zhu Kang - xian.
