摘  要:电荷泵是CMOS锁相环中的一个重要模块,其性能决定了整个锁相环系统的工作稳定性和各项指标的优劣。针对传统结构电荷泵存在的电荷共享、电流失配等问题,文章设计了一个基准电压源的电荷泵电路,外接一个2pF的负载电容,用于将电流转化为电压。该电路基于SMIC 0.13μm CMOS工艺库,使用Cadence完成整体电路的仿真。仿真结果表明,该CMOS电荷泵具有输出电压平滑、充放电电流匹配等优良特性,很好地抑制了电荷共享、电流失配等寄生效应。该电荷泵应用在锁相环中,能实现快速锁定。Charge pump is an important module in phase-locked loop(PLL). Its performance directly determines whether the stability and indicators of work is good or bad in PLL system. However, there are still problems existing in the traditional structure of the charge pump such as charge sharing, current mismatch and so on. In this paper, a circuit based on a reference voltage source is designed by using SMIC 0. 13 ~m CMOS process technology. An external 2 pF capacitance is added to convert out- put current to voltage, and the simulation of the circuit is completed by using Cadence. The results demonstrate that the CMOS charge pump circuit has many advantages such as smoothing output volt- age, stable charge and discharge, etc The parasitic effects such as charge sharing and current mis match are prevented The charge pump applied in PLL can be rapidly locked.
