摘  要:文章采用溶胶-凝胶法制备纳米TiO2包覆硅灰石复合颗粒,并用硬脂酸对该复合颗粒进行改性处理,填充PA1010(尼龙1010)制备复合材料,研究复合材料的力学性能和摩擦学性能。与硅灰石/PA1010、硬脂酸改性硅灰石/PA1010复合材料做对比的结果表明,纳米TiO2包覆硅灰石和硬脂酸改性纳米TiO2包覆硅灰石均能有效提高PA1010的力学性能和摩擦学性能,其中硬脂酸改性纳米TiO2包覆硅灰石效果最好。The composite particles of wollastonite coated by nano-TiO2 was prepared by sol-gel method, and modified by stearic. The PA1010(nylon-1010) composites were prepared by filling these compos- ite particles. The tribological and mechanical properties of PA1010 were investigated. In contrast with PA1010 filled by wollastonite and by stearic modified wollastonite, the nano-TiO2 coated wollastonite and the nano-TiO2 coated wollastonite composites modified by stearic can enhance the tribological and mechanical properties of PA1010. The comprehensive performance of the nano-TiO2 coated wollastonire composites modified by stearie is best.
