摘  要:文章采用微波辐射法制备了ZrO2/SO42-固体超强酸,并以其为催化剂合成了乳酸丁酯;考察了醇酸的摩尔比、催化剂用量、带水剂用量、反应温度及微波辐射时间等因素对酯化率的影响。结果表明,较佳的醇酸摩尔比为1.3∶1,催化剂用量为原料总质量的1.5%,反应温度为90℃,带水剂用量为16mL(15mL乳酸),可合成纯度较高的乳酸正丁酯。微波辐射可提高反应选择性,产品纯度高,并明显缩短酯化反应时间至30min,酯化率达94%。The solid super-acid ZrO2/SO42- , which was used as catalyst for the synthesis of n-butyl ac- etate, was prepared via microwave irradiation. Effects of molar ratio of reactants, dosage of catalyst and water entrainer, reaction temperature and microwave radiation time on the degree of esterification were investigated. The results show that the optimum conditions for the synthesis of n-butyl acetate are as follows: molar ratio of n-butyl alcohol to lactic acid is 1.3 : 1, dosage of catalyst is 1.5 % (weight), water entrainer is 16 mL (15 mL lactic acid) and reaction temperature is 90 ℃. The prod- uct is n-butyl acetate with high purity. Reaction time is apparently reduced to 30 min via microwave irradiation, while the yield of n-butyl acetate reaches 94 %, With high reaction selectivity and purity.
