大承气汤的质量控制研究

摘　　要：目的:采用HPLC/DAD法研究大承气汤的质量控制,同时测定芸香柚皮苷、柚皮苷、橙皮苷、新橙皮苷、芦荟大黄素、大黄酸、和厚朴酚、厚朴酚、大黄素及大黄酚10种成分的含量。方法:采用AgilentZorbax SB-C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),甲醇-0.1%磷酸水溶液梯度洗脱,流速1.0 mL.min-1,进样量10μL,柱温25℃,双波长检测,芸香柚皮苷、柚皮苷、橙皮苷、新橙皮苷的检测波长为280 nm,芦荟大黄素、大黄酸、和厚朴酚、厚朴酚、大黄素、大黄酚的检测波长为254 nm。结果:在文中所述进样量范围内,10种成分进样量与峰面积均呈良好的线性关系,回收率为97.33%～99.95%;RSD为1.32%～2.94%。结论:此方法简单快速灵敏,对于大承气汤的质量控制有一定的参考价值。Objective：Using HPLC/DAD method to study the quality control in Dachengqi decoction, and simultaneous determination of narirutin ; naringin ; hesperidin ; neohesperidin ; aloe emodin ; rhein ; honokiol ; magnolol ; emodin ; chrysophanol. Methods ： A ZORBAXSB-C18 column （250 mm ×4.6 mm, 5 μm） was employde ; A linear gradient elution with A （ methyl alcohol） and B （0.1% H3 PO4 ） was used ; the flow rate was 1 mL·min^ -1 ;injection volume is 10 μL;the column temperature was 25 ℃ ;the diode array detector was used ;the detection wavelength of narirutin ; naringin ; hesperidin ; neohesperidin was set at 280 nm ; the detection wavelength of aloe emodin ; rhein ; honokiol ; magnolol ; emodin ; chrysophanol was set at 254 nm. Results ： In the range of injection volume, the ten kinds of components injection volume have a good linear relationship with peak area;the recovery were 97.33% - 99.95%. The RSD were 1.32% - 2.94%. Conclusion ：The method is simple, fast, sensitive, and have a reference value for quality control of Dachengqi decoction.
