摘 要:单间联排式是浙东南农村数量最多、分布最广的住宅类型。分析了单间联排式住宅普遍存在的气候缓冲空间不足、围护结构热工性能差、家庭设备用能增加快和住宅周边环境亟待改善等问题。选取一栋典型单间联排式农村住宅,针对其面临的具体问题,提出了增加气候缓冲空间、窗口遮阳中部采光、利用光热风能山泉和减噪降尘气候调节等生态化改造对策。对农村住宅的生态化改造有助于延长使用寿命、提高居住舒适度和降低能源消耗。Single-room row type is a house type that is largest in number and widely distributed in the villages in southeast Zhejiang. This article analyzes insuffi- cient space of climatic buffer, weak thermal performance of enclosing structure, rapid increase in energy consumption of household appliance, house neighboring environ- ment needing prompt improvement and other problems prevailing among single-room row houses. A typical rural single-room row house is selected, aiming at specific ques- tions it faces, this article puts forward increase in climatic buffer space, window sunshading and central lighting, utilization of light, thermal, wind energy and mountain spring, and noise and dust reduction and climatic regulation and other ecological trans- formation measures. Ecological transformation of a rural house contributes to increase of service life, improvelnent of living comfort and reduction of energy consumption.
