摘　　要：德国是建筑节能方面的先进国家,本文介绍了德国低能耗住宅和被动屋住宅的概念,通过案例分析了其主要的节能措施和方法,并提出对我国的启示作用。Germany has advanced technologies in building energy efficiency, this paper introduces the concepts of low energy house and passive house in Germany, and analyzes their main design measures and methods of building energy efficiency through some case studies, so as to provides the reference for China.
