创业型大学:大学社会服务职能的战略性转变

摘　　要：如同19世纪初洪堡思想缔造了研究型大学一样,知识经济时代的学术资本主义理论、三螺旋理论等揭示了创业型大学的发展模式。创业型大学是以知识创造和知识应用为目标、以桥梁组织和激励政策为机制、以资金多元化和大学自治为绩效的学术组织。建立强有力的领导核心、拓展与官商界的关系、开发多元化的资助基地、激活学术心脏、形成创业文化是传统大学向创业型大学转型的有效路径。Just as the Humboldt Spirit shaped the academic university in 19th century, the academic capitalism theory and the Triple Helix theory in the era of the knowledge economy reveal the developmen- tal model of the entrepreneurial university. The entrepreneurial university is an academic organization of which the goal is the knowledge creation and application, the operating mechanism is utilizing the ＂bridge＂ organization and motivating policies and the performance is the fund diversity and university autonomy. The effective way to transform from the traditional university to the entrepreneurial university is to build a powerful leader core, to expand the relationship with the government--business circle, to develop the di- versified funding base, to activate the academic heart and to build the entrepreneurial culture.
