摘  要:宛氏拟青霉Paecilomyces varioti是引起棕榈Trachycarpus fortunei腐烂病的病原真菌,用杀菌剂对宛氏拟青霉抑菌试验的结果表明:25%咪鲜胺水乳剂、50%多菌灵可湿性粉剂、80%代森锰锌可湿性粉剂、12.5%腈菌唑乳油、20%嘧霉胺可湿性粉剂对病菌的菌丝生长和孢子萌发都有较好的抑制作用。抑制菌丝生长和抑制孢子萌发的EC50最低的是12.5%腈菌唑乳油,分别为0.181 9,0.540 6mg/L,最高的是80%代森锰锌可湿性粉剂,分别为6.660 0,5.950 2 mg/L。植物浸提物对宛氏拟青霉的抑菌试验表明:在31种植物浸提物中只有南天竹Nandina domestica根、小檗Berberis thunbergii根、苦参Sophora flavescens、草决明Catsia tora果实的浸提物对病菌有较好的抑菌效果,抑菌圈直径在1.02~1.93 cm之间。Paecilomyces varioti was the pathogen of palm rot.Tests against Paecilomyces varioti with germicide indicated that prochloraz EW 25%,carbendazim WP 50%,mancozeb WP 80%,myclobutanil EC 12.5% and pyrimethanil WP 20% could inhibit mycelia growth and spore germination.The minimum EC50 of inhibiting mycelia growth and spore germination was 0.1819 mg/L and 0.5406 mg/L(myclobutanil EC),respectively.The maximum EC50 was 6.6600 mg/L and 5.9502 mg/L(mancozeb WP) respectively.The result of test of antibiosis effect of botanical extracts against Paecilomyces varioti indicated in 31 botanical extracts,that extracts of the roots of Nandina domestica and Berberis thunbergii,Radix sophorae flavescentis and Cassia seed had antibiosis effect.The diameter of inhibition zone was between 1.02 and 1.93 cm.
