摘 要:测定了4种植物源杀虫剂对落叶松毛虫Dendrolimus superans(Butler)幼虫室内毒力,结果表明0.4%蛇麻子素、1%苦皮藤素、0.3%印楝素乳油稀释1 000倍、1 500倍、2 000倍液对落叶松毛虫2龄幼虫72 h校正死亡率为20.53%~92.84%,其中1 000倍液校正死亡率为80.12%~92.84%;对4龄幼虫的校正死亡率为30.01%~80.22%,其中1 000倍液校正死亡率为68.16%~80.22%。2%烟碱.苦参碱乳油500,1 000,1 500倍液对2龄和4龄幼虫72 h校正死亡率分别为42.34%~93.82%和41.16%~85.49%。4种植物源杀虫剂1 000倍液对2龄和4龄落叶松毛虫的毒力均存在差异性。The toxicitiy of osthole,celangulin,azadirachtin and kuyan to Dendrolimus superans was assayed.The results showed the corrected mortality of the 2nd instar larvae in the osthole 0.4%,celangulin 1% and azadirachtin 0.3% 1 000,1 500,2 000 times treatments was 20.53%-92.84% 72 hours after the application.Among them the corrected mortality was 80.12%-92.84% in the 1 000 times treatment.The corrected mortality of the 4th instar larvae was 30.01%-80.22 %in the above treatments 72 h after the application and the corrected mortality was 68.16%-80.22% in the 1 000 times treatment.The corrected mortality of the 2nd and 4th instar larvae in the 500,1 000,1 500 times of 2% kayan treatments was 42.34%-93.82 % and 41.16%-85.49% respectively 72 hours after the application.The toxicity of 1 000 times of four botanical insecticides to the 2nd and 4th instar larvae were different.
