摘　　要：社区网格化管理是以现代信息技术、数字化管理等先进技术为依托,通过科学划分网格,每格实行专人负责的方式,对社区进行有效管理。H市S区是全省率先进行社区网格化管理体制改革的地区,既要总结其网格化管理的成功经验,也要分析其实践中显现出来的问题,并结合产生问题的原因寻求解决问题的有效对策。Community grid management is based on the advanced technology of modem information technology and digital management, through the scientific division of grid, there is a specific person responsible for each grid in order to achieve the purpose of effective management community. H city S district takes the lead in community grid management system reform in the whole province. It is necessary to sum up the successful experience of the grid management, to analyze its problems, and put forward some effective countermeasures.
