摘 要:21世纪是海洋的世纪,沿海地区依靠海洋在经济上获得了快速发展的同时,也对海洋环境产生了不良的影响,寻求二者的协调共同发展至关重要。本文在运用主成分分析对渤海湾海洋环境综合评价的基础上,运用物理学中的容量耦合系数模型,计算环渤海地区经济和渤海海洋环境之间的耦合度,结果表明两系统基本上处于拮抗时期,环渤海地区经济进入快速发展时期,而渤海海洋环境承载力下降,不能完全消化吸纳经济发展带来的影响。因此,有必要制定有效的政策,促进环渤海地区经济与海洋环境的协调共同发展。The 21 st century is the century of ocean, and relying on the ocean. The economy along the coast develops rapidly and greatly affects the marine environment. So it is very important for the coordination of the two systems. In this paper, based on the principal component analysis on the comprehensive analysis of the Bnhai Bay marine environment, and using the capacity of the coupling coeffi- cient model in physics, the calculation of the coupling degree between the economy in the Bohai Sea Rim and marine environment of Bohai Bay was done. Then, the results show that the system is almost in the antagonistic period, and the Bohai Rim economy developed rapidly, and the capacity of carrying pollutants in the Bohai Sea declined. The Bohai carl not fully digest the impact because of the de-velopment. Therefore, it is necessary to make the effective policies to promote the coordination of the economy and marine environment in the Bohai rim.
