雪尼尔纱线密度设计的机理

摘　　要：从理论方面探讨了雪尼尔纱线密度控制的理论方法,并通过选取4种雪尼尔纱进行实践验证,结果表明,根据理论方法推算出的雪尼尔纱的线密度与实际测得的线密度偏差在±7.5%以下,芯纱的细度及根数、绒纱的细度及根数和绒纱的宽度对雪尼尔纱的线密度有重要影响.This study examines the linear density design of chenille yarns from theoretical consideration. Four kinds of chenille yarns were selected for practice validation. The results indicate that the deviation between the linear density under theoretical approach and the actual tested values was under ±7.5 0% ; linear density and number of centre yarn, linear density and number of pile and the length of pile have significant effects on the linear density design of chenille yarns.
