摘　　要：对国内外非球面光学零件的超精密加工技术、设备以及发展状况进行了分析和总结,指出了我国与国外先进水平的差距,并对我国非球面超精密加工技术的发展提出了建议。It analyzed and summarized the ultra-precision processing technology of non-spherical optical elements, equipment and the development at home and abroad, pointed out the gap between China and foreign advanced level, and it put forward some suggestions for the development of the ultra-precision processing technology of non-spherlcal optical elements in China.
