比目鱼肌肌瓣在修复胫前骨外露伴软组织缺损中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨比目鱼肌肌瓣移位术修复胫前骨外露伴软组织缺损的手术治疗方法和效果。方法在临床中应用比目鱼肌肌瓣移位术修复胫前骨外露伴软组织缺损24例。结果肌瓣全部成活，骨外露创面修复满意。结论比目鱼肌肌瓣移位术修复胫前骨外露伴软组织缺损手术成功率高，手术方法简单易行，是修复小腿中上段和一些小腿下段骨外露及软组织缺损的可靠方法。Objective To discuss the method and effects of soleus muscle flap repairing the wound surtace with the bone leaked out on the crus. Methods 24 cases with soft tissue defected and bone leaked out on the crus were treated with the soleus muscle flap. Results All the wounds of bone leaked out were healed satisfactorily. Conclusion It is an availa- ble method to use soleus muscle flap to repair the bone exposed and soft tissue defect above the average section and some lower segment on the crus.
