摘　　要：本文从内蒙古地区的实际情况出发,在对内蒙古城乡经济发展状况进行了分析和总结的基础上,对形成内蒙古地区城乡发展差距的原因进行了分析,重点从劳动力政策、财政政策、农牧业政策、区域协调政策和人才培养政策等方面,探讨了如何改善内蒙古地区城乡关系、实现城乡互动发展的问题。Starting from the real situation of Inner Mongolia,this paper analyzes and summarizes the economic development of Inner Mongolia urban and rural areas.On this basis,this paper analyzes the reasons for the development gap between Inner Mongolia urban and rural areas and discusses how to improve the relation between urban and rural areas and to realize interaction development from the aspects of labor policy,finance policy,farm and husbandry policy,regional adjustment policy and talent training policy etc.
