电力企业纸质档案数字化的管理实践

摘　　要：电力企业纸质档案数字化的必要性是:电子硬盘的海量存储性能;可延长纸质档案的寿命;资源共享;"节约型"社会的要求。进行数字化的方法是:确定原则;专业的扫描方式;对纸质档案进行系统整理;对图像质量进行检验;扫描分辨率的设定;采用色彩扫描方式。完成指向对所有的纸质档案进行核对,并将数据按年度、保管期限、档号等信息存储,并转换为多页TIF格式和PDF格式。电子档案的建立有效地提升了档案的管理水平和服务水平、扩大了服务的范围。The necessities of the digitization of paper-based records management of power enterprises include the mass storage performance of flash disk,the extending the life of paper-based records,resource sharing and the demand for resource conserving society.The methods used in digitalization are：deciding principle,professional scanning mode,the systematic sorting-out of paper-based records,the test of image quality,and the set-up of scanning resolution and the use of color scanning style as well.The establishment of electric documents will improve the management standard and service standard effectively and enlarge the service scale.
