摘　　要：档案资源是企业信息资源的重要组成部分,要高度重视档案信息资源的开发与利用。建设数字化档案系统,有利于提高档案工作效率和现代化管理水平,有利于促进档案服务能力拓展和实现档案信息资源的共享。Archive resource is an important part of enterprise information resource.Therefore,the development and utilization of archive information resource should be attached importance to.Constructing digitalized archives system is helpful to improve archives management efficiency and modern management standard,and it is helpful to extend archives service ability and realize the co-share of archives information resources.
