基于贝叶斯网络的独立学院学生满意度评价实证分析

摘　　要：文章主要从求学环境、教学管理、师资队伍、个人发展、后勤保障五个方面设计独立学院学生满意度评价指标体系。在阐述贝叶斯网络原理的基础上,文章构建了基于贝叶斯网络的独立学院学生满意度评价模型,进而利用浙江省5所独立学院的调查数据进行贝叶斯网络推理和评价。最后,文章提出了提高独立学院学生满意度的一些建议。This paper designs an evaluation index system of students＇ satisfaction at independent colleges from the following five perspectives, i.e. learning environment, teaching management, teaching staff, personal development and logistical support. An evaluation model of students＇ satisfaction at independent colleges is established based on Bayesian network. Taking five independent colleges in Zhejiang province as cases, the paper conducts Bayesian inference based on student survey data. Finally, the paper proposes several measures to enhance students＂ satisfaction level at independent colleges.
