摘　　要：为解决OL-400A带锯机继电——接触器控制系统故障率高、生产效率低的问题,根据锯切过程中的工艺要求,以PLC作为控制器,实现生产过程的自动化控制。实践表明,该系统不仅满足生产工艺要求,而且使锯切更加平稳、高效。In order to solve the problem which causes high failure rate and low production in the relay-contactor system of OL-400A band-sawing machine,PLC is used as controller to automatically control hydraulic equipment based on the sawing technique.The results show that the control circuit not only satisfies the technological requirement,but also makes sawing more stable and efficient.
