摘　　要：住宅小区建设的好坏直接影响着居民居住环境的优劣。营造良好的"绿色居住环境",使小区成为集居住环境和生态环境于一体的理想住宅小区,是今后住宅小区建设和发展的方向。The construction level of residence community has direct influence on the quality of living conditions of residents.Building nice ＂green living environment＂ for residence community and constructing ideal residence community with favorable living condition and ecological environment is what we fight for the construction and development of residence community in the future.
