摘　　要：校园文化作为一种环境教育力量,对加强和改进大学生思想政治教育、全面提高大学生素质,具有十分重要的意义。因此,正确认知高校校园文化对大学生全面素质养成的作用,是值得我们认真思考的问题。本文从校园文化与大学生素质的内涵出发,以广西师范大学乐群文化特色校园活动为例,阐述了高校校园文化对于提升大学生素质的影响作用,并对培育大学生素质的高校校园文化提出了建议。Campus culture, as an environmental education forces, for strengthening and improving the ideological and political education of college students, and comprehensively improve the quality of college students, has a very important significance. Therefore, correct understanding of the university campus culture to develop the role of the overall quality of the college students,is worth pondering. In this paper, speaking campus culture and students quality connotation firstly, take special Lequn campus activities of Guangxi Normal University for an example,discussing the function of university campus culture to enhance the quality of college students, in addition, advising about campus culture how to cultivate the quality of college students.
