摘　　要：现代物理学生在大学所学知识理论性比较强,实用性不明显。如何培养一般工科院校中应用物理专业学生成为卓越工程师?须着力解决高等理科教育中的实践性和创新性问题。我们物理系加强了毕业实习与毕业设计(论文)早期结合,解决立题的实用性和趣味性;监控了毕业设计(论文)全过程,改革了毕业设计形式;完善了成绩评定体系,强化了成绩评定客观性。明确教学管理者、指导教师、学生的责任,提升了对毕业设计(论文)在本科教学中的重要作用的认识。Now the knowledge theory of physics students in general engineering universities is relatively strong, practicality is not obvious. How to cultivate the physics students in general engineering universities become a distinguished engineer？ We must exert ourselves to solve the higher education of sciences in practice and innovation problem. Our department of physics strengthens early binds the graduation practice and the graduation design （thesis）,solves the problem of the practicability and interest,monitors the graduation design （thesis） of whole process, reforms the graduation design,improves the performance evaluation system,strengthens the achievement evaluation of objectivity. Clears teaching administrators,teachers,students responsibility, promotes the important role of the recognition of the graduation design （thesis） in undergraduate teaching.
