摘　　要：大学生综合素质培养一直是教育界讨论的焦点,但也是未能很好解决的课题。文章选择学生管理领域,从制度的视角审视上述问题,认为现行的高校学生管理制度缺少现代元素,忽视学生的自由、民主、情感和利益,严重制约了大学生综合素质培养目标的达成。在上述分析基础上,文章以制度分析的方法,提出了解决问题的途径:重塑教育的价值目标体系,落实人本的思想;重构评价体系,促进服务理念的落实;重建管理模式,促进柔性制度的完善;重组管理体系,引导学生权力的落实。Quality--oriented education for college students has long been debated among educators, yet satisfactory solution still seems quite in the air. Such a situation might be due to the neglect of student management. Falling short of modern elements, the existing managerial institution has failed to pay due respect for the students＇ freedom, democratic rights, sentiments and interests,and consequently severely obstructed the attainment of the desired effects. Institutional analysis suggests the following ways to amend it：remodeling the value goal system of education to implement humanism, reconstructing the evaluation system to boost service philosophy,rehabilitating the management mode to facilitate flexibility and reorganizing the managerial system to guarantee students＇ rights.
