“三软”富水煤层条件下综采工作面开采技术研究

摘　　要："三软"(顶板软、底板软、煤层软)煤层开采技术是煤炭开采过程中遇到的难题之一,文章以神华宁夏煤业集团清水营煤矿为背景,结合该矿特有的"三软"富水煤层条件,介绍了综采工作面回采中的几项关键技术。通过实践研究,采用疏放水、混凝土硬化巷道底板、工作面留顶底煤控制开采层位、施工泄水巷、超前顶板支护方式和顶板挂网等措施,有效控制了巷道底鼓、顶板下沉、顶板淋水、底板泥化和顶板冒落等问题,保证了工作面安全高效回采。＂ Three Soft＂ （soft roof, soft floor, soft coal seam） coal seam mining technology is one of the problems encountered in the coal mining process, the article with Shenhua Ningxia Coal Industry Group Qingshuiying coal, combined with mine ＂Three Soft＂ water- rich seam conditions, several key technologies in the recovery of fully mechanized mining face. Through practice research, it adopt measures of thinning put water, concrete harden roadway floor, working face keep roof - to - floor coal control mining horizon, construction sluicing lane, advanced roof support and roof hanging net measures and so on, effective control of the floor heave, the sinking of the roof, roof wa- tering, bottom clay, roof fall and other issues to ensure the efficient recovery of face security.
