摘　　要：目的分析研究综合性医院2台CT成本效益运作情况。方法用成本效益比较法对经济学评价指标进行分析。结果2台CT投资效益较好，成本回收周期较短为0．64年，年服务量是保本服务量的6．16倍。结论科学有效管理，提高大型设备的完好率。Objective To analyze the utilizations of two CT machines in a general hospital. Methods Assessed the economic indicators using cost-benefit analysis. Results These two CT machines achieved good investment returns, with a shorter cycle of cost recovery of 0.64 year. The annual utilization rate of the CT machines was 6.16 times of the minimum necessary utilization rate for cost recovery. Conclusions With good and effective management, the durability of CT machines can be effectively prolonged.
