摘 要:目的探讨大型医疗设备CT、MRI技术的应用绩效,并对其进行评估。方法用自制调查表格,回顾性调查,对某综合性三甲医院CT、MRI运行状况进行分析研究。结果CT、MRI年开机使用率分别为100.42%和117.34%,年时间利用率分别为136.47%和148.53%;CT检查前5的部位为头颅、胸部、肝胆胰脾、盆腔、肾及肾上腺,MRI检查前5的部位为头颅、颈部、腰骶部、鼻咽、膝关节。CT检查阳性率为77.84%,MRI为80.92%。结论大型医疗设备的配置对学科的发展具有重要影响。医保政策、医疗费用支付方式、大型设备的资源配置以及医疗诊治水平等对CT、MRI运作均有影响。Objective To analyze and assess the utilization performance of two types of large medical equipment: CT machine and MRI. Methods Basing on retrospective research and first-hand data, studied the utilizations of CT machine and MRI in a 3A general hospital. Results The utilization rate was 100.42% for CT machine and 117.32% for MRI; and the annual capacity utilization rate was 136.47% and 148.53%, respectively. The top five parts of human body examined by CT machine was head, chest, liver, bladder, spleen, gallpancreas, pelvic cavity, kidneys, and adrenal glanda the top five parts of human body detected by MRI was head, neck, lumbosacral region, nasopharynx, and knees. The positive rate of detection was 77.84% for CT machine and 80.92% for MRI. Conclusions Large medical equipment has important impacts on the development of medical discipline. Health insurance policy, ways for medical payment, allocation of large medical equipment, and levels of medical diagnosis and treatment have impacts on utiliza- tions of CT machines and MRI.
