摘　　要：目的探讨高频彩色多普勒超声对周围浅表血管瘤的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析56例（全部经手术后病理证实为血管瘤）的肿物超声声像图特征及术后随访的病理诊断资料，并对结果进行对照分析。结果56例血管瘤患者中，超声诊断结果：实质性血管瘤18例，囊性血管瘤10例，囊实性混合型血管瘤28例；病理分型：毛细血管瘤15例，海绵状血管瘤29例，蔓状血管瘤12例。结论高频彩色多普勒超声对周围浅表血管瘤的诊断具有重要的价值。Objective To explore the diagnostic value of high frequency color Doppler ultra- sonography for peripheral superficial hemangioma. Methods The data on imaging features of ultrasonography and postoperative pathological findings were retrospectively analyzed in 56 patients with hemangioma confirmed by pathological examinations. The data were compared. Results Ultrasound findings revealed that of 56 patients with hemangioma, 18 patients developed solid hemangioma, 10 developed cystic cavernous hemangioma, and 28 developed mixed hemangioma. Pathological typing showed capillary hemangioma was in 15 patients, cavernous hemangioma in 29, and cirsoid hemangioma in 12. Conclusions High frequency color Doppler ultrasonogranphy has important value in the diagnosis of peripheral superficial hemangioma.
