摘　　要：目的探讨经阴道彩超对剖宫产切口妊娠的诊断价值。方法回顾分析2010年1月至2011年12月我院确诊的剖宫产切口妊娠的经阴道彩超图像特征。结果共收治切121妊娠11例，其中孕囊型9例，混合包块型2例，均经传统手术、腔镜手术及病理检查确诊。结论经阴道彩超能准确诊断切口妊娠，并能监测治疗过程的变化，有重要临床价值。Objective To investigate the clinical value of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound for Cesarean scar pregnancy. Methods The women diagnosed as Cesarean scar pregnancy who had been treated in our hospital during the period of January 2010 to December 2011 were included in this study. The imaging features of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound were retrospective analyzed. Results 11 women with Cesarean scar pregnancy were treated in our hospital. Gestational cyst occurred in 9 women and mixed mass developed in 2. All the diagnosis were confirmed by traditional surgery, laparoscopic surgery, and pathological examination. Conclusions Transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound can accurately diagnose Cesarean scar pregnancy and determine changes during the treatment process. It is highly valuable in clinical practice.
