低位直肠癌保肛术后不舒适原因分析及护理对策

摘　　要：目的通过分析低位直肠癌保肛手术后病人的不舒适原因，探讨舒适护理的临床应用效果。方法对2010年3月至2012年3月期间行低位直肠癌（距肛缘≤7cm）保肛手术的137例患者评估其手术后不同阶段引起的不舒适原因，制定相应护理措施。结果通过对137例患者评估其手术后不同阶段引起的不舒适原因，开展针对性舒适护理，可减少并发症发生。结论舒适护理在低位直肠癌保肛手术病人中的应用，可明显增加病人的舒适程度，减少护理并发症，增进护患关系，有利于病人疾病的康复，进一步提高患者的生存质量。Objective To explore the effect of clinical application of comfort nursing by analyzing the causes of discomfort in patients undergoing anus preserving surgery for low rectal cancer. Methods 137 patients who had undergoing anus preserving surgery for low rectal cancer （ distance from the anal margin = 7cm ） during the period of March 2010 to March 2012 were included in this study. The causes of discomfort at different stages after surgery were analyzed and the corresponding nursing measures were established. Results The causes of discomfort at various stages after surgery were assessed in 137 patients. Develop- ment of comfort nursing could reduce the occurrence of complications. Conclusions Comfort nursing in anus preserving surgery for low rectal cancer can significant increase comfort level in patients, reduce complications associated with nursing, and prmote nurse-patient relationship, which is beneficial for recovery from diseases and for improvement of quality of life.
