摘 要:目的观察对ICU应用去甲肾上腺素危重患者,使用双泵换药方法维持血液动力学稳定的临床研究。方法对2011年1至12月,收入ICU的20例危重患者,血压均由大剂量去甲肾上腺素维持血压,更换药物时采用双泵换药法,并根据不同类型输液管导,采用相应的措施提高药物疗效。结果应用微量注射泵静脉注射去甲。肾上腺时更换药物采用双泵换药法,大大减少对血液动力学的影响,提高危重患者的抢救成功率。结论去甲肾上腺素药物在维持危重患者的血流动力学稳定方面起着极其重要的作用,应用微量注射泵静脉注射时更换药物采用双泵换药法,能使药物保持恒定的速度泵人体内,在维持血液动力学稳定方面取得满意效果。Objective To observe the application effect of norepinephrine in critically ill patients in intensive care unit (ICU), and study the clinical use of dual-pump dressing method to maintain hemodynamic stability. Methods From January 2011 to December 2011, 20 critical patients in our ICU, blood pressure was maintained by large doses of norepinephrine pumped by dressing method dual pump for drugs replacement, and according to the different types of infusion tube guide, used the corresponding measures to improve drug efficacy. Results By using syringe pump intravenous norepinephrine for drug replacement with dual pump dressing method, can greatly reduce the impact on hemodynamics, and improve the survival rate of critical patients. Conclusion Norepinephrine drugs maintaining critical patients with hemodynamic stability plays an extremely important role in the application of micro-injection pump vein replacing injection drug dual pump dressing method to make the drug into the body to maintain a constant speed pump can achieve satisfactory results in maintaining hemodynamic stability.
