摘  要:针对中央空调系统终端温控器应用单一、远程通信困难等不足,以Contex-M3内核的微处理器STM32F103为核心,基于FreeModbus协议设计了一种支持多接口、在线可升级功能的中央空调智能温控器。该温控器既支持Modbus RTU通信,又支持Modbus TCP通信,可以与组态软件无缝连接,实现了对空调终端设备运行状况的集中监控和节能管理;同时利用IAP技术在网络总线上实现了该温控器的软件远程自动更新功能,解决了多节点系统远程升级困难、维护繁琐的问题。实际应用表明,该温控器工作稳定可靠,远程在线升级简单快捷,达到了实用的要求。Aiming at the shortcomings such as limited application occasions and remote communication difficul- ties of temperature controller in central air-conditioning, a multi-interfaced intelligent central air-conditioning temperature controller with online upgrade function is designed and implemented based on STM32F103 micro- processor with Cortex-M3 kernel and FreeModbus protocol. The controller supports both the Modbus RTU and the Modbus TCP, which can connect seamlessly with the configuration software, centralized monitoring and management on the operational status of air terminal devices are achieved. By taking the advantage of IAP, the function of remote-and-automatic firmware upgrading of the temperature controller is implemented on Ethernet network, which will simplify many problems in muti-nodes system maintenance caused by remote upgrading and complex of management. The practical application proves that the temperature controller works stably and relia- bly, remote online upgrade is simple and efficient, and the new controller can meet the practical requirements well.
