摘 要:本文研究了氢氧化铝(ATH)的用量对EPDM/MVQ共混胶的硫化性能,共混硫化胶的力学性能和阻燃性能的影响以及硼酸锌(ZB)/ATH的协同作用对此体系的阻燃性的影响。结果显示:随着ATH用量增加,共混胶的阻燃性能得到改善,但EPDM/MVQ共混硫化胶的力学性能却显著降低,ATH用量为80phr时,拉伸强度下降527.4MPa,氧指数增至32.3。ZB与ATH的有较好的协效阻燃效果,当ZB并用量为25phr时,共混硫化胶的氧指数达到36.8,水平燃烧达FH-1级,垂直燃烧达FV-0级。The influence of the amount of the A1(OH)3 on the performance of sulfuration, mechanical properties and flame resistance of the EPDM/MVQ blend vulcanizate had been studied in this paper. The results showed that the increase of the amount of A1(OH)3 would improve the flame resistance, however, the mechanical properties would be dropped. ZnB407 had a good synergistic effect with A1(OH)3 on the flame resistance, the limited oxygen index of the vulcanizate was 36.8, horizontal firing was FH-1, vertical firing was FV-O for the 25 phr of ZnB407 for the vulcanizate with EPDM/MVQ (70/30) and 80phr AI(OH)3.
