摘  要:目的探讨中药固体制剂的防潮方法,筛选制剂处方。方法以吸湿性强的十全大补处方水提浸膏粉为模型药物,分别与13种常用的辅料配伍,采用40℃和相对湿度为75%的条件,经过4-288 h的实验,考察配方的吸湿百分率和吸湿速度。结果用最短距离聚类法选取的微晶纤维素(MCC)作为辅料的十全大补处方制剂,在实验各个时间段的吸湿率为3.81%-25.57%。与其他辅料相比,MCC的吸湿性和吸湿速度都较小。结论用最短距离聚类法选取的微晶纤维素(MCC)可以作为中药理想的防潮辅料之选。Objective To explore a better method for screening the better moistureproof material and prescription of the Chinese herbs extracts. Methods The deliquescent water extract powder was prepared according to"Tonic prescription" as a model drug, and then was mixed with 13 kinds of excipients at 40 ℃ under 75% of relative humidity. The rate and speed of moisture absorption of compounds were measured in 4 -288 h. Results The moisture absorption rate of the compound with MCC as the excipient was 3.81%-25. 57% in 4 - 288 h. Cluster analysis showed the hygroscopicity and the speed of moisture absorption of the compound with MCC as the excipient were the lowest. Conclusion The cluster analysis suggests that MCC is a suitable excipient in the formula component.
